Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and how to turn it off or take it back. We don’t sell your information.
Who we are
rosaterrawellness.com is run by Rosa Terra Wellness, owned by Rebekah Coleman, at 508 Main Street, Windsor, CO 80550. When this policy says “we” or “us,” that’s who it means.
What we collect
The site runs no ads and has no checkout. What it collects:
- Your name and email, when you ask. Signing up for the newsletter or asking for a guide (like the NORRA Tea Guide) takes your name and email. We note which form you used and which page you were on, and, for guides, when your link is opened and when you download it. Your email and a license number are printed on your copy of a guide.
- Server logs. Like every website, our host records basic request details, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Which pages get read. Google Analytics counts visits, the pages viewed, roughly where visitors are (city level), their device and browser, and how they found the site, so we know what’s useful. It runs only with your consent where the law asks for it, and you can turn it off anywhere (below).
- Admin sign-ins. If you sign in to the site’s admin, we keep your email, a scrambled (hashed) password, and a short-lived count of sign-in attempts by IP address to stop password guessing. This only applies to the people who run the site.
Cookies
If you’re in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a small bar asks first, and analytics doesn’t load until you accept. Everywhere else it’s on, and you can turn it off any time from , which is also in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

Your browser may also remember a light or dark display setting in its own storage. It never leaves your device.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. These services run the site for us:

Links to Instagram and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
Our emails
If you sign up or ask for a guide, we’ll email you the guide and occasional notes from Rosa Terra. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them. To have your details deleted as well, email us.
When you email us
If you write to rosaterrawellness@gmail.com, we get your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. Our email is hosted by Google.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them. Signups stay until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them; guide links stop working after 7 days. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Sign-in attempt counts expire within hours. Emails stay in our inbox until we delete them, and we’ll delete yours if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under privacy law. Email us and we’ll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something new, we’ll update this page first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
