rosaterrawellness.com is run by Rosa Terra Wellness, owned by Rebekah Coleman. By using it, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Not medical advice

The articles, resources and product information on this site are for general education. They aren’t medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading them doesn’t create a care relationship with anyone at Rosa Terra. Every pregnancy and recovery is different. Talk with your midwife, doctor or other qualified provider before using any herbal product during pregnancy or while nursing, and before acting on anything you read here. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.

Our products

Follow the directions and cautions on each label. Our oils and bath products are for external use only and aren’t for internal consumption. Check the ingredients for anything you’re sensitive or allergic to, and stop using a product if irritation develops.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Using the site

You’re welcome to read, share links and get in touch. Please don’t:

• break the law or anyone’s rights while using the site;
• try to get into the admin, or get around the site’s security;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• pretend to be Rosa Terra, or connected to us when you aren’t.

Our content

The writing, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to Rosa Terra Wellness unless they say otherwise. You can quote short pieces with credit and a link back. For anything more, ask us first.

Guides and downloads

Our free guides are licensed, not sold. Each request gets its own link that works once, and each download is a copy made for the person who asked for it: their email and a license number are on every page, and the license terms are the last page. You may read, print and keep it for your own use. You may not share, forward, sell, publish or upload it, use it in a paid service or to train any AI model, or recreate it, and you may not remove the license or the licensed-to line. Copies found elsewhere are traced to their license.

Other sites

We link to other sites we find helpful. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they’re accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rosa Terra Wellness isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that come from using or relying on the site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Colorado. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
